I'm Danielle Griffin, the eyes and heart behind the camera of Colette James Photography. I'm a wife, mama, and lover of all things pretty including natural, candid photos of brand new babies, gummy little smiles, the moment before the kiss, and a family's googly eyes for each other. Colette James Photography was named after the middle names of my two, sweet girls, who are the reason I jumped behind the camera and why I strive to make you love your photos as much as I adore and cherish my own.

I am based in Cypress, Texas and specialize in natural light and studio portraits for families, children, couples and high school/college seniors. I strive to deliver quality, beautiful digital photos that will be printed for your walls, pasted in a baby book, and sent to the grandparents with pride. Chasing after my own two kiddos has taught me the willingness to crawl through shrubs, get down in the dirt, or climb up on ladders to achieve a shot that emits the perfect emotion of the moment.
